The Port of San Diego is having a FREE family-friendly celebration of National Maritime Day from 10am-2pm on Saturday, May 21st. Festivities are set to take place at the Broadway Pier, located downtown, and will include entertainment, carnival rides, maritime exhibits, and more! The Maritime Museum of San Diego, located just north of Broadway Pier, will be celebrating with a Pirate Buccaneer Birthday Bash on both May 21st & 22nd. Their celebration will include a pirate costume contest, scavenger hunts, give-aways, and much more. Activities for this event are included with museum admission.
