FREE Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue Activities Plus Film Review!

Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue

My 6 year old son and I enjoyed a pre-screening of Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue, the all-new film preceding Disney Planes. I was a little apprehensive about the film prior to viewing it, as I knew it had only been one short year since the original Planes had been released. I didn’t think one one year would be sufficient enough time for the production to be as good as the original, but I was wrong. We actually enjoyed Disney’s Planes: Fire & Rescue even more than the original Planes!

Disneynature BEARS

~ Heartwarming ~

My 9 year old daughter and I were invited to attend an advance screening of the new Disneynature BEARS movie. It’s a heartwarming film about an Alaskan brown bear named Sky, and her 2 cubs, Amber and Scout, as they learn what life is like outside the realm of their Winter den. This movie has real footage of the bears in their natural habitat, and is not animated, like most associated with Disney.

We loved going to Knott’s last year for Berry Bloom, their Springtime event, and are excited to be invited back to experience it again this year. When we went a year ago we were amazed at how the Park was transformed by the decor. Huge blooming flower decorations, and beautiful floral chalk drawings were found throughout Knott’s. We visit lots of Southern California theme parks, but hadn’t experienced this level of Spring festivities elsewhere.
